This is Heero in his formal-wear from Anoni's Roleplay. Woo!! *glomps* As far as I can tell, Anoni is pleased with this pic...*looks on worriedly as Anoni squeals "Ultra-glompable Heero!" and jumps on said elementist.* I kinda based this on Relena's Cinq Kingdom outfit from the series (at least the collar designs), but the rest is all mine. My first layout was purple, but obviously I changed the layout so the outfits don't match. Oh well.
